Worst Police Officers: Officers Isaiah Scaggs, Brian Nix, Erik Martinez of The Porterville Police Department

Former Porterville police officer Isaiah Scaggs that shot and killed an innocent young man Vincent Steen in 2010 and got away with it, was recently charged with child endangerment. He was booked November 07, 2012 on a case unrelated to the Steen case. Isaiah Scaggs no longer works as a police officer. A lawsuit is pending regarding the Steen murder, justice will be served for Vincent and his family. It looks as though justice is being served through way of karma in the meantime since the Tulare County District Attorney's office failed it's citizens by turning a blind eye to a senseless murder. Phil Cline of the Tulare County District Attorney's Office: You failed to do your job, you need to be far away from any community service position, you should also be charged with a crime to coverup a murder Mr. Cline. It is a relief to see Scaggs behind bars and recognized for the criminal that he is. Next it will be Brian Nix's turn, I want to see Brian Nix behind bars for killing an innocent man. Erik Martinez's karma is not too far behind either.  I will keep everyone up-to-date on this story and the fate of these three negligent cops and the foolish Porterville District Attorney's office.
