Worst Police Officers: Officers Isaiah Scaggs, Brian Nix, Erik Martinez of The Porterville Police Department
Former Porterville police officer Isaiah Scaggs that shot and killed an innocent young man Vincent Steen in 2010 and got away with it, was recently charged with child endangerment. He was booked November 07, 2012 on a case unrelated to the Steen case. Isaiah Scaggs no longer works as a police officer. A lawsuit is pending regarding the Steen murder, justice will be served for Vincent and his family. It looks as though justice is being served through way of karma in the meantime since the Tulare County District Attorney's office failed it's citizens by turning a blind eye to a senseless murder. Phil Cline of the Tulare County District Attorney's Office: You failed to do your job, you need to be far away from any community service position, you should also be charged with a crime to coverup a murder Mr. Cline. It is a relief to see Scaggs behind bars and recognized for the criminal that he is. Next it will be Brian Nix's turn, I want to see Brian Nix behind bars for killing an innocent man. Erik Martinez's karma is not too far behind either. I will keep everyone up-to-date on this story and the fate of these three negligent cops and the foolish Porterville District Attorney's office.

Cuffed him halfway, they tazed him, he is a built, strong man with a thick coat on so the tazer didn't do much, and he was on his knees, hands in the air, halfway cuffed, and they still shot him. I am son of a close friend of the mother. I know what happened. You don't. Learn the information before talking shit. Cops are crooked. Not all are "heroes" like you think. That isn't how the world is. Not everything is black and white.

hey how did you find out about the killer Isaiah Scaggs arrest ? and where can i find it? did he have to go to court ? why is he not a cop any more ? he was only on the job 3 mos. when he kill a unarmored man in his home shot him in the back....
ReplyDeleteOh believe me Brian Nix will get his for using excessive force on my husband twice and who was unarmed on march 21st 2013 they chased him down as if he were a killer and like if he had a weapon and pulled a gun out on him in front of my yard and in front of my kids and threatened to take me and dad to jail just because we ran out to protect him that night didnt catch him that night and there were over 40 cops who couldn't catch my husband he just had warrants nothin extreme and the 2nd time was march 24th 2013 in front of the galaxy 9 theatre Brian nix was off duty but yet recognized me and my husband an called in law enforcement while he's off duty n the chase his as if he just commited murder he was unarmed once again n was not even trying to run but when brian nix tackled my husband officer dean let lose his k9 while my husband was already on the ground the k9 pratically ripped my husbands arm off which was unnecessary and he was only a few feet away from me that k9 could've attacked me and I'm 5 1/2 months pregnant yea my husband has done a few crimes but its been years and he has not done anything violent for him to get this treatment and abuse from cops my 7year is doin therapy just because what she saw the first time they chased him down and he didnt intentionally run the first time he was terrified they were gonna kill him I know porterville cops are crooked when we went to court they testified and couldn't even get there story straight they so lied on both counts of supposably resisting arrest how is it resisting when your running for your life that's outrages these porterville crooked cops need to be off the force they don't protect they terrify people and cover there stories up.
ReplyDeleteNix and Scaggs are pathetic excuses for human beings. I will make it my job in life to be a sarcastic asshole to policemen. Many are crooked, unlawful assholes, ma'am. They can't arrest someone for using their amendment rights of free speech. I'll practice it vigorously. Good luck if you are going to press charges.

Many people are recorded telling a cop the correct rules, laws, and penal codes for many situations. They are a complete joke. Again, not ALL cops are this way but too many are. That is the sad truth. I hope that one day a piece of shit wearing a medal badge isn't treasured more than a civilians life. We are all humans. One shouldn't be labeled more important than another. I am against gang banging punks, but many cops are no better.
Vincent Steen was gunned down on his hands and knees in his home. Half cuffed and tazed. He ran home because he was being chased by cops at 10:00pm at night while riding his bike. Last I fucking checked, that wasn't an issue at all. He was unlawfully chased, unlawfully tazed, unlawfully handcuffed and then GUNNED DOWN WHILE ON HIS KNEES. He ran because he was scared. He was always scared of cops. Gee, I wonder why. I would be too if a cop was chasing me for no reason.
Vincent was armed that night...with video games. So every time I walk home with my friend from purchasing a game, we watch out for cops. Apparently it's the new drug they're trying to break down on. Haha. What a fucking joke.
